Protecting all of the personal data that you entrust to us and storing it securely is of paramount importance to us. In this document you will learn more about how we use and process your personal data.

Restriction of Purpose, Legal Foundation, Duration of Storage as well as Data Recipient

The personal data that we collect is data we need to generate the offers and informational materials you request and/or to fulfil orders, assert contract claims or for purposes of customer service.  The data are collected, stored, processes and used for these purposes.

The legal foundation for the processing of your personal data are on the one hand fulfilment of contract, legitimate interests, fulfilment of our legal and/or contractual obligations as well other obligations is your consent. Failure to provide us with the data can have various consequences.

Additionally, we process the data that we have received through legitimate means from the sales partner responsible for you. These are basic personal data such as you name, your professional position as well as your preferred contact information (e-mail address, address, telephone number, etc). They come from your inquiry and from the sales partner responsible for you.

We process your personal data, to the extent necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initial contact, settlement to termination of a contract) as well as in compliance with the legal retention and documentation obligations which i.a. derive from the Corporate Law Code of Austrian (UGB), the Austrian Federal Tax Code (BAO) as well as through the resolution of any legal dispute and any continuing warranty and guarantee obligations.

Contact Form

Your information including all personal data from our contact form will be transmitted to us through our mail server in order to process your inquiry so that we can process and store it.  This data is not collected or shared without your consent. Without this data we cannot process your inquiries.

The data process is done based on the applicable provisions of law of § 96 Para. 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) DSGVO.

Consent and Right to Revoke

 If your consent is necessary in order for us to process your data, we will only begin processing it after we have received your expressed consent.

In principle we do not process any data from minor persons and are not authorized to. When you grant your consent, you affirm that you are older than 14 years of age or have the consent of your legal guardian or parent.

You can revoke your consent at any time by sending notice to the following e-mail address: falk.russow@ennox.at. In that case the data collected about you through that date will be rendered anonymous and then only used from that point on for statistical purposes without any reference to your person. Revoking consent does not change the legality of any data processing completed based on that consent before it was revoked.

Data Security

Our data security and confidentiality officer employs technical and organizational security measures to protect stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction and against being accessed by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are being constantly improved as technology progresses.

Your Rights

You can at any time request disclosure from the responsible person (contact data see above) concerning the personal data in question. To the extent that there is no legally-mandated obligation to retain data, you have a right to demand that the data be deleted or to refuse to let it be processed. You also have the right to correct the data as well as to restrict the processing, to restrict data transfer as well as to bring complaints before the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Wickenburggasse 8-10, 1080 Vienna, e-mail: dsb@dsb.gv.at).
